Power of attorney notarization in Florida, done right
A power of attorney only works if the signature is properly witnessed and notarized. I notarize POAs online by secure video in about 15 minutes, or I come to you anywhere in South Florida: your home, office, hospital room, or care facility. Same-day appointments are often available.
One clear boundary: I notarize documents prepared by you or your attorney. I do not draft powers of attorney and I do not give legal advice.

Coming soonOnline booking for remote notarization is coming soon. Until then, remote sessions are arranged through our partner BlueNotary — call or WhatsApp us and we'll get you set up.

Can a Florida notary notarize a power of attorney?
Yes. A Florida notary can notarize the signature on a POA drafted by you or your attorney. Florida law also requires two witnesses for most powers of attorney, and the notary can serve as one of them. I walk you through the witness setup before we start.
Can you notarize a POA at a hospital or nursing home?
Yes. Bedside signings at hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, and hospice facilities across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach are a core part of the mobile service, at the same published prices.

Questions about this service
What does the signer need to bring?+
A current government ID and the unsigned POA. Do not sign it ahead of time: the notarization happens with me watching the signature. If witnesses are required, arrange one witness and I serve as the second.
Can a POA be notarized online?+
Often, yes. Some POAs also require witnesses, and remote witness rules are stricter than in person. Tell me how the document will be used and I will confirm exactly what is needed before the session.
Will my Florida POA work in another country?+
Usually it needs an apostille on top of the notarization. I can notarize the POA and handle the apostille with the Florida Department of State, then ship it back tracked.
Who prepares the power of attorney document?+
You or your attorney. A notary in Florida cannot draft legal documents or give legal advice. If you do not have a document yet, speak with an attorney first, then book the notarization here.
