Hospital & facility notarizations · South Florida
Hospital and nursing home notary services in South Florida
When a family member is in the hospital, notarization is the last thing anyone wants to navigate. I come to the bedside: hospitals, hospice, nursing homes, assisted living, and rehab facilities across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach. Powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and estate documents, at the same published prices as any other mobile visit.
I coordinate with the care team and your family so the signing happens when the signer is alert and comfortable. And you will know the total price before I arrive.
Can a notary come to a hospital in Fort Lauderdale?
Yes. I regularly notarize at hospitals across the tri-county area, including Broward Health, Holy Cross, Memorial Regional, Cleveland Clinic Weston, and HCA Florida hospitals. Same published prices, travel included, and same-day appointments are often available.
What documents do families need notarized at a hospital?
Most often durable powers of attorney, healthcare surrogate designations, living wills, and estate documents. The document must be prepared by you or your attorney. I notarize signatures; I do not draft documents or give legal advice.

Questions about this service
How fast can you get to the hospital?+
Same-day and next-day appointments are available across the tri-county area. Book online or call +1 954-320-9087 and you get a confirmed time window, not a waiting list.
What does the patient need for the signing?+
A current government ID, such as a driver license or passport. If no ID is available, Florida law may allow credible witnesses who personally know the signer. Ask me and I will walk your family through the options.
Can you notarize a power of attorney at the bedside?+
Yes. POAs are the most common hospital signing. Florida requires two witnesses for most powers of attorney, and I can serve as one of them. I explain the witness setup to your family before the signing.
Do you charge extra for hospitals, evenings, or weekends?+
No. Facility visits use the same published prices as any mobile visit: $85 for a single document with travel included. There are no after-hours or mileage fees.
Which facilities do you serve?+
Hospitals, hospice, nursing homes, assisted living, and rehab facilities across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County, including major systems like Broward Health, Memorial, Holy Cross, Cleveland Clinic, and HCA Florida.
