Questions

Straight answers

Yes. Florida authorized remote online notarization on January 1, 2020 under Chapter 117 of the Florida Statutes. The session is recorded, your identity is verified electronically, and the notarized document carries a tamper evident seal.

No. You can be anywhere in the world. The law requires me to be physically in Florida during the session, not you. This makes online notarization ideal for clients in Latin America, Europe, and beyond.

A current US driver license, US passport, or foreign passport. Your ID is verified through credential analysis and identity questions before the session starts.

An apostille is a certificate issued by the Florida Department of State that makes a US document legally valid in countries that signed the Hague Convention. You typically need one for birth, marriage, academic, or corporate documents used abroad.

Mercado Pago is the easiest option for most clients in Central and South America. I also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Zelle. All prices are in US dollars and published before you book.

Yes. For in person signings I travel across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties: homes, offices, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. Travel is included in the published price. For everything else, online notarization works from any location.

Usually yes. Florida requires two witnesses for real estate deeds and for wills, and in many cases I can serve as one of them or coordinate witnesses for you. In online sessions, witnesses can join remotely. Mention your document type when you book and I will confirm exactly what it needs.

No, and you should be cautious of any notary who offers it. I am a notary public, not an attorney. I make sure your documents are executed and authenticated correctly. For legal guidance, I can point you to qualified counsel.
